Mini NFL Stars [Ages 5 - 6] – The Mini NFL Stars Football program is a fun and exciting football program for our younger athletes who want a complete introduction to the sport. This introductory class will prepare the athletes for more competitive play later on in their careers. Our athletes will be exposed to the core technical aspects of passing, catching, and defensive positioning. Skill development will be taught through different drills, skill exercises, and scrimmages. Athletes will develop motor skills and hand-eye coordination. This will be done in a fun and positive environment that is safe for beginners.
NFL Superstars [Ages 7 - 9] – The NFL Superstar program is for our older athletes looking to improve and refine the skills they have learned over the course of their careers. This is an intermediate level class that will focus on further development of our young superstars. Our instructors will focus on refining each athletes individual skills and helping them to develop into well-rounded players. The class will offer a variety of fast-paced drills, skill exercises, and game-speed scrimmages in a more competitive manner. Our athletes will learn the rules of the game as well as learn how to be a team player.
