About Zing! Fit – Our Signature Class
Zing! Fit fuses functional exercise and high-energy with athletic drills, positive affirmations, breathwork & creative play to channel a child’s inner rockstar. Students can expect to get moving, feel strong and have FUN!
How you can describe it: It’s like the most amaZING adult “HIIT” class, but designed for kids. It’s a workout that’ll get them moving, having fun & feeling strong while ACTUALLY teaching them how to move mindfully and practice breathwork, too.

Zing! Fit has 5 Main Components:
1. The Hype Up – We EDUCATE kids on what they’re going to learn for the day, we MOTIVATE them to get moving, and ACTIVATE with a dynamic warm-up, icebreakers, and more.
2. Zing! Time – We lead children through circuits of exercises that engage the total body and blend positive affirmations and breathwork into the motions.
3. Zing! Zone – We employ a team-focused mentality and get kids moving with exercise stations, fit obstacles, games, and more to feel strong & have a blast.
4. Zinger – We conclude the active portion of class with a high-energy fitness challenge to bring the kids together and let out all of their energy.
5. Cool Down – We relax, recap & restore with stretching, reflecting on our favorite parts of class, and breathwork.
