The NPA Summer Prep program is designed for High School, College, and Professional pitchers who want to work out with Pat Ahearne and the NPA staff over the summer. Packages can be purchased in one week, two or four week packages. (Note: We will have a small number of daily spots open each week) The day begins with a lecture by Pat Ahearne, followed by question and answer. Following the lecture, athletes will go through a series of functional fitness workouts, on-field drills, throwing, and one-on-one instruction in the bullpen by Pat or an NPA Coach.
